With nearly 30 years of experience in IT, I greatly enjoy working as a service provider in outsourcing and project management. As a senior architect, I specialize in M365 and MS Azure. For me, success for and with the customer is the main focus. My seniority helps me avoid common mistakes. Through effective communication and smooth collaboration, I create added value for our clients with our IT consulting services.
Harald Kilian
I am a passionate entrepreneur and enjoy building new things.
Shortly after completing my training, I entered the rapidly growing IT sector in the 1990s. This is where I gained my first management experience. By my mid-twenties, I was already responsible for several markets for a US IT outsourcing company. In 2003, I took the big step into self-employment. This led to the creation of the ITSDONE Group in Austria, Slovakia, and Romania, with almost 240 employees.
Maros Mocik
Structured, agile, sustainable.
With a strong passion for connecting people and transforming collaboration into high-performing teams, I focus on building and leading project organizations and driving the overall development of the company. Since 2008, I have been the managing director of the Slovakian branch of the ITSDONE Group, where I was responsible for almost 50 employees. Now I am looking forward to taking on new challenges as managing director of allcore Slovakia and leading our activities in the markets of Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland.
Michael Kolm
Enthusiasm, experience and great knowledge.
With my self-employment and various subsequent leadership positions, I bring 27 years of IT experience in various roles and understand customer needs precisely. As a senior architect, I now specialize in Microsoft products and cloud solutions. For my tasks in operations and project management, I can also rely on my broad knowledge of complementary areas such as network, storage, etc. With well-defined requirements, reliability, and collaborative partnerships, I contribute to your project’s success.
Misel Bajceta

As Head of Managed Workplace, I stand for the highest quality, precision, and reliable communication. With in-depth technical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, I manage complex tasks efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner—both in transformation projects and in day-to-day operations.
Transparent, structured collaboration on an equal footing is central to my approach. My goal is to create sustainable and future-proof workplace solutions that offer long-term added value.
Tom Pillat

With over 25 years of experience in IT operations, system architecture, and software development, I have extensive expertise in the design and implementation of complex systems. Practical experience and know-how combined with strategic management enable me to efficiently and securely align technical innovations with business requirements.
In my current role as CISO, I focus particularly on IT security, compliance, and risk management.
Heike Tröger
Compliance – clear, simple, practical.
I have been working in IT compliance for over 15 years and have seen how small and medium-sized companies in particular are faced with ever more regulations.
My personal approach is “compliance light”: clearly formulating what is necessary, implementing it pragmatically, and remaining honest and direct. It is important to me that rules are understandable and really work in everyday life, without unnecessary effort and without artificial complexity.
My goal: compliance that provides guidance instead of adding to the burden.
Lukas Kilian
Collaborative, reliable, enjoying working together.
I am a service manager by conviction and want to be a reliable partner for our customers right from the start.
In 2019, I completed my IT apprenticeship at the ITSDONE Group, where I gained valuable experience in technical support and customer service. It is particularly important to me not only to solve problems, but also to build long-term relationships with our customers.
